Today I had some time to update drupalcron.
Bugfixes:
Change of curl options to solve problems with unreachable sites
New features:
Support for drupal 7 cron. You're now able to add the in drupal 7 added cron_key.

You can not install this as a module. Drupalcron.org provides a service to run the cron of your site for you, without you have to setup crontab or anything like that.
Just signup at drupalcron.org and add your website.
If you want to run this yourself, you can install the admintools module
